I am begging anyone who got accepted to Cornell who is leaning towards another institution by the end of the cycle or has accepted another offer: please do let them know!!! This is my dream institution with the BEST resources for my research!!

I did not get an update. An applicant in a previous year did some data analysis on Cornell IS PhD acceptances. On average, the earliest decision notification day was February 15th (when taking into account 2020 data). Pretty generic email from director of graduate studies. I am specifically in the social concentration.

Any updates on your status as of now? Soon it will be mid-February and I'm honestly dying of anxiety. Has anybody been accepted yet? Any idea on how many offers will be made?

Generic rejection email. Did not submit any GRE scores, had 111 on TOEFL. I double-majored in Architecture and Psychology, no papers but, was working on a research project. I, at least, hoped for an interview, sadly did not get one. This has been my dream program for so long... Congrats to those accepted!

To the poster below asking about Cornell: No, I haven't heard back either. From previous years' posts regarding Cornell's admission results, it seems that we should expect to hear back in two or three days (10 or 11 Feb). Fingers crossed and good luck!
