Computer Science, Georgia Institute Of Technology To all below: This one seems to be an updated version, I have seen it change in the last two weeks, at least for CS and ML https://lite.gatech.edu/lite_script/dashboards/doctoral_program_stats.html. Seems like a bit over half the offers they will make have been sent, but I contacted the IC ML program and they said they were still reviewing.

Computer Science, University of Southern California TTPB: I was referring to your first post, I know that in the second post you said unlikely, but I was pointing out that there's an inconsistency in your first and second post since your first post didn't indicate any exception to admits being finalized.

Computer Science, University of Southern California Do you understand the difference between 'unlikely' and 'impossible'? Admissions are finalized and sent out but students may decline offers, which means it is unlikely to get acceptance by now but not impossible. The more you rely on false hopes, the more you would be disappointed when you got rejection in the end.

Computer Science, University of Southern California TTPB: You initially claimed that your POI stated that all admits were finalized though, even giving exact numbers of how many. If they're still sending offers to people from the shortlist why would your POI say all admits are finalized?

Computer Science, Georgia Institute Of Technology (Gatech Georgia Tech) TTPB: To be fair, a decent number of programs have explicitly said their decisions are delayed by the ongoing national emergency. I have not checked this notion thoroughly, but I think additional programs are likely delayed yet have not notified applicants.

Computer Science, Georgia Institute Of Technology (Gatech Georgia Tech) TTPB: Based on their previous admission status, most of PhD offers are sent out before Mar. Rejections will be sent out in the beginning of April. So, maybe time to think about the 2021Fall/Spring.

Computer Science, UMass-Amherst To below posts: My status is also "Application Under Review". No communication. TTPB with transcript question: I also realized in January that there was nothing under "Unofficial Transcripts Received" section. I wasn't sure if I had uploaded the transcripts with the application. So I uploaded it separately and I could see "Received" under that section a few days after that. It's quite possible that we were able to submit the application without transcripts. I was also surprised and still don't know if I actually uploaded the transcripts with the application.
