Computer Science, University of Virginia This was my priority 1 school at the time of application. This is a big surprise as I had messed my application up by uploading wrong essays. I had given up on this school because I had never heard anything from it. No interviews, no replies from POI. I had stopped checking the portal. At midnight, the international service office e-mailed me asking for documents to process I-20 and then I went on to check my portal and saw that I was accepted. This was my priority 1 school at the time of application. They said a formal letter will be mailed through postal services. Please do not lose hope, it is not over until you get the rejection letter addressed specifically to you.

Computer Science, Stanford University It was a very disappointing news, a lot of industrial experience and 1 first author publication. Still feel very sad. But let's see what's next for the other universities. I am praying for a suitable US PhD offer.
