Computer Science, University of California-Santa Barbara It is pretty sure to call a reject now since the first batch of PhD offers has already been sent out during Feb according to an email I received from one of the faculty. I have tried to contact the graduate program coordinator named Benji, but it is useless because he never answers his phone calls or emails. For those who are still waiting for good news, you are simply waiting for a rejection email. The admissions office is just waiting for all the offers to be accepted. If there is any offers got turned down, you may still have a chance, but very unlikely ;)
