Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) - Robotics Institute Was accepted to MSR yesterday and MSCV today. Graduated first class honours from Hong Kong. 2 papers (1 conference, 1 journal) not exactly related to CV, but currently working on CV and ML research.

I have 2 first-author papers at top CV conference, 2 non-first author papers at CV conference, but currently got only 0 offer/admissions... Very hard to think i am below the bar of MSCV...

Computer Science, UC San Diego (UCSD) Why is it that SanDiego provides results for those who applied in Dec especially close to deadline first and not to those who applied in say October or November. Are they using LIFO (Stack) method to scan? Is that not utter stupidity and especially when they call it rolling admission? Is that the American way? I have collected results from friends in CS and ECE who applied in Dec some just on the deadline date of Dec 15 who have got admits while those who applied in Oct or Nov are yet to hear. Anyone can help?

Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) - Robotics Institute TTPB asking for profiles - undergrad from tier 1 institute in India, CG > 9, one first author publication at IROS, and another first author submission to ICRA. 2 publications in other fields (not A*).
