Computer Science Masters Graduate School Admission Results

Obligatory not a waitlist. Much weirder: got a mail saying they weren't looking at any more applications and that I could get me application fee back. I had applied in December; the programme operates on a deadline basis of March 31st, with all applications considered only after that. UCL has been highly incompetent throughout the whole process.

I mailed Barry 2 times. The first time he sent me a generic email stating that the result will come out within few days. After some days I mailed again, and this time he stated that I am being rejected. I am talking about the most awaited DICE track's decision. ALL THE BEST TO THE REST OF YOU GUYS. My journey ends here.

I highly recommend that you save your application fee, and do not apply to UT Austin's ECE program. Not only do I feel it is not transparent with its criteria, but took the latest among all colleges to apply. Seriously not worth it. All the best!

Applied for PhD admission, but got this MS admission. Did not get any offer for funding. Do they provide full funding for an international MS student? If not, I will have to reject this admission offer.

Don't consider waitlisted. When can we expect decision for computer engineering from ECE?

I still haven't heard anything regarding my application for Computer Engineering. Grad admissions said that it's still under review. I'm guessing it might be a waitlist? This is kinda ridiculous

Had applied for a PhD, But they gave me MS instead. Probably won't go. Hearing back after 4 months,

Graduated from Bilkent University (Turkey) - Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 2.84/4 GPA. ECTS credits for each subject requested by the RWTH, easily satisfied. The program that I applied for is Systems and Automation. However, RWTH offered conditional admission to the program and wanted me to take 3 undergrad courses, which I think it is related to the topics covered in the courses that I took during my BS studies (not related to the letter grades). No details about my undergrad academic studies and recommendations from professors are included in my application.

TTPB- Congrats on the UCSD admit. Can I ask when you submitted your application because someone told me UCSD has rolling decisions
