Computer Science, University of Chicago TTPB: Why would you waste money on an application fee if you had zero intention of even considering an offer? There are many people here who would benefit from this program, becoming stronger applicants in the job market afterwards. I find it unnecessary to criticize a program simply because you were not admitted. I wish you the best with the rest of your applications - good luck.

Computer Science, University of Chicago Rejected from the cash cow professional CS program. Did my undergrad at a way higher ranked university in CS (Top 10 USNews). What a complete joke. Never would have gone even if they accepted me since it would only weaken my resume.

Computer Science, University Of Cambridge TTPB: Got the same email. I don't think it's an acceptance email. The way it's written, it seems like an FAQ email as they seem to be getting a lot of emails with queries. (My program is MPhil in MLMI)

Computer Science, University Of Cambridge I have just received and email saying: "Status of your application: Once an application is approved by your department, it comes to us. This is when the status of your application changes on your portal to ‘Awaiting approval from PAO' or ‘Awaiting approval from GAO'. All applications enter a queue and we need to process them manually. Under normal circumstances, we would do this in one or two weeks. Given how the pandemic has affected us, it's taking longer to process applications. We are currently processing applications that we received on the 13 February." But my portal is still at 'under review', Is anyone facing the same thing?

Computer Science, University Of Massachusetts, Amherst Already put a post below. For people who are getting a blank page do not worry. My page went blank for a few hours twice: when status changed from update pending to accepted and after accepting letter.

Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University MSML reject. This date never worked for me anyways. Like ofc on 26th many godly things have happened like 2004 Mega Tsunami, India 26/11 terrorist attacks or the Gujarat Earthquakes. This rejection just another manifestation of the omen associated with this date .
