Selected for interview on March 20. Straight rejection today -- no feedback. Interview structure: online colloquium. 10-min self intro + 10-min in research poster room waiting for professors to come in and ask questions. Strange they do not give me any feedback! For interview, they seem to focus on how "fit" you are to a specific PI's research. They selected 38 from 500 for interview and said they would select one-third to send offer. Good luck, everyone
