"The faculty in the School of Public Health and Health Sciences have considered your application for admission to the Graduate School at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and have carefully evaluated all your supporting credentials. I regret to inform you, however, that they did not recommend your admission to the Doctor of Philosophy for the Fall 2024 semester.
