I think I am on the waitlist for Vtech. I am hoping to work with Chun Jun Cao for my PhD. If you have better offers at hand, please reject Vtech, as this would be my only chance to study quantum information theory and quantum gravity. I want to study these things, and as of now, Vtech is my only option.
