Note

Environmental Engineering, water quality track. I suspected rejection after I received an email on 1/16 asking if I wanted to switch my application from PhD to MS, and my POI confirmed my assumption over email. I went ahead and switched because, hey, I'm not getting the $135 back. Hopefully a different fully-funded PhD offer comes through, though.
