I asked a Prof. at both of these universities and the prof. forwarded my email to the graduate co-ordinator but still haven't got any updates regarding my application. I basically told the Prof. that graduate co-ordinator is not responding so he tried to help me out by instructing them to respond but still they haven't responded yet. Even if it's a waitlist they can actually tell the situation to us, we should be able to know how much probability do we have to get selected or rejected. Very unprofessional.
