I had an interview with one of their grad committee members back in February. They had kept me waitlisted until today, when I dropped them a mail about my status and their reply was "I'm afraid that we've reached our quota of admitted students so we won't be able to make any offers to people on the waitlist." So if you are waiting for CMU, it is better you look for alternative options.
