For anyone waiting on the official news from NYU, I emailed the grad chair, Wendy Lee. She said: “ Thank you for your email. I really enjoyed reading your application. Elif (author I wrote about) is the best! & your work really shows the richness. The process at GSAS takes a while, but we have made our selections already for admitted students. I know this may be disappointing news, but I hope you also know how much we enjoyed reading your work! I know you will do well.” It was a really nice message but also frustrating to hear when I haven't been accepted anywhere yet. Just wanted to let everyone know that choices have been made. 0a/2w/10r
