International student. 3.93/4.0 (MSc), 3.9/5.0 (BSc), 3 research experiences, 1 review paper, some teaching & work experiences + awards + cold emailing. No GRE. I was interviewed on Feb 14 by my prospective PI (and one other faculty), got news of acceptance from PI on Feb 23rd and official letter on Feb 24th.
