This one was actually surprising to be rejected from since I had talked with the Prof I had applied for and we had a pleasant chat, it seemed to be going well, we e-mailed back and forth and all that jazz - i guess i can never know with these things... Anyway, they sent an email Feb 22, 2023 (Wednesday, 6pm CET) saying there was a status update and I went to check the site and there was a pdf decision letter to download - and from there it's pretty generic rejection e-mail. 0a/0wl/5r/2p & lost all hope
