Please do not accept any offer from this program. Run away as fast as you can. It is absolutely awful. The program doesn't care about their PhD students. It only gives you four years of funding. After that, you will not get any TA (AI) positions. The program will kick you out or ask you to teach an undergrad course as an "adjunct" PhD student. It pays $6500 a semester and does not cover health insurance.
