Avoid this university at all costs! UA Little Rock has substandard process of graduate application with collecting PhD and other graduate program applicant's fees first and requesting any admission related docs. They have silly administrative systems and disorganized controls through out their entire institution's space. Whoever you would call on for action before or after the degree program's enrollment from the Chancellor to the cashier may provide zero assistance or would worsen your condition. Avoid at all costs.
