- GPA is MA. Generic short rejection message. This one stings as multiple faculty encouraged me to apply, and gave feedback on my application. Very good relationship with multiple faculty. Very strong and well-received MA thesis. The rejection hurts, but I'm also honestly pretty bummed that faculty mentors with whom I have a positive and longstanding relationship didn't have reach out as a courtesy, even just a bit earlier today. Oh well. It's just too bad. Good luck to everyone else out there, and a sincere congratulations to the admits.
