Chem major applying for bioinorganic & chemical biology stuff. Got an email saying the department recommended my admission to UR graduate admission, official letter will come after. Stipend of $28,500 for the 2023-'24 academic year. Interview took place on 4th Jan 2023. 1 summer internship and 3 other projects. No GRE. No publications/posters/etc. Surprised I got in! I even got a personal congratulatory email from one of the professors mentioned in my SOP, but I did not contact this person beforehand. Good luck everyone, I'm rooting for you!
