Note

2 years of work as a researcher, one year at a top philanthropy. Undergrad was business and I did a liberal arts fellowship. Being from top schools benefits international students. I applied with a fairly homogenous cohort from my country. I guess what helped me stood out was the niche of my work that seeped into my essays.
