Note

You have to prepare a really strong application to be admitted (and try to send it by round 1). I wrote the best SOP I have ever written (better than many SOPs that got me into top schools), I was the 1st. in class in my Economics undergrad, 3 years working in government in South America, 1 year in research related to development, 110 TOEFL...yet, I was waitlisted, maybe because I applied in round 2...Strong pool of applicants for this masters.
