Straight out of undergraduate studies but worked at the same time. 2 years research experience in policy analysis, 1.5 years professional work experience in data analytics, multiple extra-curricular and leadership positions. Strong SOP and LORs (I think!), did not submit GRE. 4a/0r/4p
