They said "no action" because my application was completed after the deadline, and encouraged me to re-apply in the subsequent semester. However, I am sure that I submitted all my application materials before the deadline(3/1). Sigh! Who knows the real reason? Too many applicants? UT-Austin is so "HOT". $75, so expensive!
