GPA for master's program. Low GPA but many advanced math courses and Ph.D. courses. Undergraduate major in Sociology. All lead to a miserable result. Got rejected and waitlisted from almost every Econ program including programs rank 60... Became crazy many times. 22750+4000 stipend. I believe they prefer students who have interests in econometrics and policy. Syracuse was one of my dream schools when I study sociology and policy. 2a/5 wl/10+ r/10+pending . Good things will come.
