Was invited for initial interview on Dec 10 then had the interview on zoom with a group of faculty and a grad student on Dec 14. Was invited to recruitment event on Dec 21 that took place on zoom Feb 10-11. Received offer March 2. I had ~3 years undergraduate research and a year as a research assistant at a startup post undergrad when I applied. No publications or GRE.
