I asked about my situation via e-mail. They briefly said they have 176 applications and 10 places; 6 of 10 are taken by last year's deferrals. They won't send admission decisions to the for another couple of weeks, since the admission committee is still working on it. Hard times for PhD seekers. Good luck to everyone!
