Note

This is my second rejection. I feel that American universities are biased towards their own students and don't offer any support to internationals. Graduate representatives are eager to recruit candidates but vanish into thin air when it comes to extending support. Highly disappointed and heart broken! Guess I will have to make a difference on my own.
