Note

*Not really an interview* Emailed the grad director and he said that I've been long wait listed, so if enough people decline their places and some waitlisters do too, they may give me a place to fill up the numbers. I've been told to hang tight and await further news. Does anyone know how often long waitlisters eventually get accepted into programmes (and specifically UNC)? Does it happen often or is it pretty rare?
