Did not receive an interview, but just wondering why CalTech won't release the rejections ? Presumably if you didn't get notified on the 31rst you will most likely be rejected, but... why don't they just make it official? What are they waiting for? Most people aren't going to accept or decline for a while, so presumably they're not waiting to see how many people accept ? (Just looking for other people's thoughts, I know no-one knows for sure why they do or don't do anything).
