Canadian Domestic student. I applied last year and got into this exact same program, but couldn't accept as life got in the way. Last year's app was an offer given on March 9th, with a deadline to accept by March 15th (with no extensions given), with a $19K funding package. This year, offer was given on Feb 03, with a deadline to accept by March 01, with a $21K funding package.
