- 4 Conference pubs (3 accepted, 1 in-review), 1 workshop pub in top CS conference, 4 very strong LORs (My POI knows one of them + knows one of my co-authors for a paper). I think my main strength was the strong research fit with my POI. Had a few interviews (which is not normal for MIT EECS, but my POI wanted it). My undergraduate is MechE, not CS. Like others here, I received the acceptance email at 4:30pm EST.
