1a/1r/7p. Saw a stream of rejections being posted so when I got an email, I half knew it was going to be a rejection. Letter was a typical one, saying something like: “The number of well-qualified applicants far exceeds the number of available places. So they are unable to admit all applicants judged capable of successful graduate work.” Surprisingly, doesn't hurt as bad as I thought it would. Maybe because I knew Duke wasn't the best fit? Best of luck with forthcoming results! :)
