Note

Super positive phone call from the DGS who talked about specific strengths in my application! I applied here two years ago (with the same writing sample and SOP) and was rejected. In the intervening time, I attended and dropped out of a different program, which I figured would be a mark against me. I feel like that illustrates how seemingly arbitrary and occasionally wonderful this process can be :)
