Extensive undergrad research experience for 4 years. No publication. Strong LORs from professors. Strong SOP. The final semester (22.5 credits) was graded S/F and did not contribute to my CGPA. Unsolicited advice: be absolutely genuine about your SOP and what you really want to do in your (post)-graduate life and career.
