Note

To those who are under active consideration and who are not, you guy will all receive rejection within a few days. I just emailed a professor who in charge of the admission and was informed that the final round of offers were made by Monday, meaning that if you haven't received any response, you will be 100% rejected. It's actually hilarious that this process took such a long time. Also, I was on the active consideration list and was told that a significant amount of offers would be made in Late March. But it seemed that very few were given, it turned out umd was kinda pranking on us ！
