TTPB: interesting, I emailed cee and grad admission a couple of times, no replies yet. Honestly, I regret wasting time and money on this university. It's almost mid-march and still waiting for the result, it's ridiculous. And generally, the committee should review all applications and then sent out the offers so the email you received was a bit weird.
