Don't lose hope, it just tells us how many applicants they had in relation to free slots, nothing about the decision status. Considering there have already been acceptances on tuesday I guess the whole process may take a while. I was also about to contact the department, but luckily received an email today. So hang in there, it's just one more weekend to go until March, 1!
