TTPB: Believe me when I say I didn't expect to hear back from UMich this soon either. Here are some additional details for you: I received the email from the director of the Joint PhD program in addition to the Associate Director of Grad Studies and a few other people CC'ed to the official letter and email. I also received details about my funding package (pretty detailed breakdown that I can PM you if you want), and then a note about a virtual visit day that would occur during the week of March 15th.
