- sigh. TPB: of the top 15 schools, I have heard from 6. I got accepted to two: one my alma mater + current workplace (so 3 writers faculty here). As for the other acceptance, one of my LWs is an alum of their PhD program. Otherwise, 1W and 3 rejections. I guess all this insider-ness/connectivity makes you more of a "known quantity".
