Had an interview today (2/2), was very pleasant. Two faculty members, one graduate student on interview committee. Talked about research experience, with some detailed follow-up questions, as well as my plans for UCSC. ~3.5 years research experience, 3 strong LoRs, meh GPA, interested in exoplanets.
