TTPB: This was the first and last interview I've had, they're sending out decisions within the next 1-2 weeks after interview are done. Intended subfield of high energy astro with multiple years of research experience (including some with folks from Caltech), strong LORs, first author paper published in ApJ, lots of leadership experience and undergrad mentor experience, second first author paper in prep, outreach involvement, 3.8/4.0 GPA with bachelors in Physics and bachelors in Astronomy & Astro and multiple minors from R1 University
