TTBP: I heard directly from Price student office. My undergrad GPA was 3.5 (bachelor of laws) and my master's was in public policy with a 4.0 GPA from top 3 UK school. Great recommendation letters, one from a prominent person in the field. I have several sole author journal publications, 3+ years research experience in undergrad and 2 policy internships with DOS.
