To the one asking about other people waiting for Tandon reply, I've applied on 30th of September too for MS in Cs and without a gre also and I haven't heard from them until now. But I know 2 people without Gre, one got accepted and the other got rejected. But I can see that the majority of replies went to Indian and Chinese students first so where are you from ?
