Han interview in mid November with PoIs mentioned in SOP. Was extended an offer afterwards, but I told them to give me till February to get my decision across. If I decide to take up the offer, admission letter will come then. Best wishes to everyone out there. As a form of encouragement, I applied to 13 PhDs, including NYU, last year and got rejected in all. This year, I also applied to 13 and had/have 2 interviews already. So if you're rejected at the end of this admission cycle, don't give up, rather, try again by improving upon the flaws in your application. You'll see more of my post as other decisions come out, and I'll share the tips that aided my application this time around. Best luck to everyone!
