TPB. I'd say that the GRE could still provide a good signal for adimission, given that your score is at least in the 97-98th percentile (166~167). In any case, I am leaning to think that some of these universities are "waiving" the GRE requirement because of the unusual conditions to take the test nowadays. Fall '21 admissions will most likely be quite different from previous years.
