Note

I wrote to the department directly on April 17th. The department did not respond, but on April 21st I received an automated email telling me that a decision had been made and to check the portal. I am not convinced that my application was ever considered. The admissions department received GRE scores and official transcripts electronically late November but did not update my account until late February when I noticed that they were listed as incomplete in the portal. I emailed admissions and they were able to find them in the system and updated my application. I only double checked after reading a similar story on Grad Cafe earlier that day.
