Note

I contacted the Department Chair (April 1st) who said they are still reviewing applications and they will send decisions out by April 15th. It's April 20th now and I still haven't heard back. Worst applications experience. They did not respond to any of my emails until I emailed the chair who responded. And they send me to voicemail whenever I call.
