I am writing with the unfortunate news that we will not be able to make you an offer to join PiN. We just heard from the school that we are not allowed to make any additional offers this year. I am appreciative for your patience throughout this process and am sorry I do not have positive news on this occasion. We are convinced you will have an excellent scientific career and are excited to see the things you do in your PhD.
