Note

Received a phone call from department head. I applied to both MIT BE and Microbiology, so they wanted see I was still interested in the Microbiology program given my BE acceptance. I already accepted the MIT BE offer. The conversation implied I would have been given an offer to Microbiology if I hadn't accepted an offer from MIT BE.
